Shachar Neuhaus

Shahar Neuhaus (b. 1996) is a multidisciplinary artist living and working in Tel Aviv. He holds a BFA in Art and Education with honors from the Midrasha, and is beginning his MA in Art at Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design.

His practice centers on sculpture and materiality, incorporating photography, painting, and drawing. Through heavy materials, visible processes of making, and encounters between stillness and movement, Neuhaus explores the relationships between place, memory, and personal biography.

His work has been exhibited at the Autonomous Art Biennale, Fresh Paint’s Greenhouse, Parterre Gallery, Artists’ Studios Tel Aviv, and Beit Herzl. His solo exhibition is currently on view at the Kfar Saba Municipal Gallery.
